Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is a safe space for exploring insecurities. The ultimate goal of psychotherapy is to help people overcome their challenges, feel better, and improve their relationships.
Couples
Therapy
Couples therapy is an intimate process for exploring the strengths and weaknesses of a relationship. As couples therapy progresses, clients communicate and connect better with their partners.
Sex
Therapy
Sex therapy covers intimate topics across sexuality. Sex therapy can be in individual or couple's formats.
Supervision
We offer various consultation and supervision services. Including AAMFT approved supervision for developing counselors, social workers, and therapists.
Approach
We provide psychotherapy and supervision to therapists from an integrative approach. That means that each treatment plan is unique to each client.
We will meet you where you are in your growth and focus on the goals that you set. When working with couples, the relationship is my client meaning I strive to stay objective and work towards staying together or uncoupling healthily.
Libby uses narrative and experiential family therapy models with cognitive-behavioral and emotionally focused therapy interventions. This approach has shown to be effective and based on evidence.
About Libby
Libby was born to be a therapist. As a dancer and enthusiastic student growing up in North Dakota, she learned the values that center family togetherness and hard work ethics. Together these pair well with the goals most individuals and couples have for therapy.
