Approach

We provide psychotherapy and supervision to therapists from an integrative approach. That means that each treatment plan is unique to each client.

We will meet you where you are in your growth and focus on the goals that you set. When working with couples, the relationship is my client meaning I strive to stay objective and work towards staying together or uncoupling healthily.

Libby uses narrative and experiential family therapy models with cognitive-behavioral and emotionally focused therapy interventions. This approach has shown to be effective and based on evidence.

About Libby

Libby was born to be a therapist. As a dancer and enthusiastic student growing up in North Dakota, she learned the values that center family togetherness and hard work ethics. Together these pair well with the goals most individuals and couples have for therapy.

Libby is an excellent counselor. She focuses on what matters to me. Libby remembers details about my life and leaves me with homework and good things to think about to further my personal growth faster.
